People throughout time have embarked on journeys to sacred sites and pilgrimages in order to connect with something greater, to experience the profound. Ultimately we make these journeys to find ourselves.Join us on a journey through the legendary energetic vortex of Lake Atitlan in Guatemala, the perfect location for this co-creative workshop in Wholeness Energetics. Through experiential practices, we will learn how to rewrite limiting beliefs and remove barriers to expanded awareness so you can see your old “story” with new eyes.
Enjoy the relaxed pace of life, take yoga and qigong classes, and learn energy medicine for self-discovery and self-healing. Explore the sacred lands and culture of the Mayan people, and participate in Shamanic ritual. Pamper yourself with massage or healing sessions and delicious fresh foods. Kayak or swim in the lake, and hike up mountains or volcanoes to catch the gorgeous views. Swing in a hammock, read a book, or meditate in the gardens.
During the optional second week of service, we will explore our interconnection with nature and all beings, while we get our hands dirty in native reforestation projects in collaboration with indigenous Mayan communities in the natural splendor of the northern Tikal region. So trust the soul prompts that drew you on this path to Wholeness and your highest purpose… You are being called home!

“This retreat was a very unique healing experience for me. So many things lined up while we were at Lake Atitlan;
I was aware that something bigger was happening that would affect my life in so many ways. And months later, I find that I
am still connected to it and it is calling me back; my Work is not done… Perhaps the most incredible thing that happened while
on this retreat is that at least half of our group discovered we had lived past lives as the ‘Desaparecidos’, the ‘Disappeared’.
These were spiritual leaders, medicine men and women who were taken from their homes during the civil war in Guatemala,
never to be seen again…. Guided gently by the group, I was not only able to clear and heal these past traumas in myself; I was
also acutely aware that we were helping to heal the ancestral trauma of Guatemala’s consciousness as a whole. This reflects
the Heart of Wholeness Energetics: to heal ourselves is to in turn heal the world around us. What a wonderful place to
reconfirm what I have committed to learning these past three years…” ~Jenessa Kupcho
